Using BIJOUMATIC requires compliance with the law, third-party rights and basic safety and respect rules. The platform must not be used to create, import, publish or order illegal, offensive, hateful, child-abuse, pornographic, violent, defamatory, misleading, infringing or rights-violating content.

BIJOUMATIC may automatically block a prompt, image, file, generation, order or account when the system detects prohibited, dangerous or potentially illegal use.

The user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the text, images, sketches, logos, trademarks, characters, works, jewelry, designs or references submitted to the platform.

Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, the user owns their creations generated through their use of BIJOUMATIC.

The user assumes exclusive responsibility for the legality of their creations, infringement risks, the non-exclusivity of generated results and compliance with their own legal obligations.

AI-generated results may be identical, similar or close to results obtained by other users. BIJOUMATIC does not guarantee absolute uniqueness, exclusivity or automatic copyright protection.

These terms govern orders for creations, files, jewelry or services made through BIJOUMATIC. Price, material, finish, delivery and availability information is shown before order confirmation.

Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure payment technical provider. The order starts only after payment confirmation. BIJOUMATIC does not store full bank card data.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal right cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Jewelry made on demand for the user falls within this category.

Once the order is confirmed, paid and manufacturing has started, cancellation is possible only if BIJOUMATIC expressly accepts it or if required by law.

BIJOUMATIC recognizes the user's usage control over creations generated through the platform, within the limits of applicable law, and grants the rights needed to use the generated model personally and professionally for the user's project.

No guarantee is given that a generated model is copyrightable, exclusive or free from third-party rights. Reproducing a protected work, trademark, design, character, jewelry or model may constitute infringement under French intellectual property law.

BIJOUMATIC limits collection to data strictly necessary for the service: user account, orders, contact messages, payment through Stripe and files required for generation or manufacturing.

BIJOUMATIC does not resell users' personal information.

BIJOUMATIC does not use advertising cookies or commercial tracking cookies.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BIJOUMATIC does not store full bank card data.

Prompts, images, sketches, meshes and manufacturing files are processed only to provide the requested service, ensure technical follow-up, enable manufacturing and comply with applicable legal obligations.
